I’m not sure if he owns it or not but he’s like… like if this was in-game you could buy stuff from him mostly booze and some food
and there’d be a speech check and if you passed it you could also buy some guns and other sketchy supplies like drugs and stuff ye
sugarbombs flirts with him and they get stuff at a discount because of it, but he’s actually not swayed by it or anything, like nobody’s being used he just likes those dumb kids really. But flirting with sugarbombs isn’t too bad for him either they’re good friends ye
he also gives them tasks and stuff and pays them in booze mostly but I guess sometimes caps
